Promoting the science of digestive diseases

Digestive Disease Week DDWDigestive Disease Week (DDW) is the world’s largest gathering of physicians and researchers in the fields of gastroenterology, hepatology, endoscopy, and gastrointestinal surgery. The four medical societies, (American Gastroenterological Association, American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract) who annually convene more than 20,000 professionals from around the globe, have long relied on our team to promote their cutting-edge science.

Working closely with the DDW team, we review hundreds of highly technical scientific abstracts and identified the most potentially newsworthy achievements to promote during the week. We coordinate a pre-conference media telebriefing, an opening-day press conference and “office hours” for researchers to meet the media. All earned media is amplified through social media channels.
