Patient Engagement


Blue Shield of California Foundation is committed to strengthening the safety net for low-income and vulnerable populations in order to adapt to the changing healthcare environment and ensure that all Californians have improved access to quality care.

To inform the work of the community health centers and clinics that make up the frontlines of California’s safety net system, The Reis Group worked with the Foundation to develop a patient engagement campaign to identify and share research findings and best practices through webinars, materials development, media promotion, and stakeholder outreach.
